A Rare Operator Role for a Builder Who Wants to Create Wealth, Not Just Earn a Salary

Compensation: Paid Trial (hybrid location) → Full-Time w/ Significant Upside (including move allowance)

26 Flavors is the parent company behind SSBD (www.ssbdistribution.com), a challenger-brand engine building profitable, digital-first beverage brands. We operate several beloved, high-volume CPG/e-commerce brands and are structurally designed to:

We are self-funded, margin-driven, and exceptionally scrappy — with the long-term goal of taking an already 8-figure portfolio into a 9-figure system within 5 years.

Who You Are (The Integrator)

You are a Wartime GM at heart — a calm, structured, financially minded operator who has successfully helped scale a $40M–$200M CPG/e-comm brand and is now ready to take a portfolio from: 8 figures → 9 figures. You’re not a corporate COO.

You’re not a theorist. You’re not a PowerPoint narrator. You’re the person who:

What This Role Actually Is

This is a Fractional COO → Full-Time COO path designed to attract someone who wants to be: A partner in building a portfolio of challenger brands worth selling — not just an employee. You will:

  1. Own the operational and financial engine of SSBD
  2. Bring discipline, predictability, and calm to a fast-moving environment
  3. Take a strong existing business and make it run like a real machine
  4. Build the systems that turn brands into saleable assets
  5. Lead with kindness, clarity, and accountability
  6. Reduce friction, drama, and escalation
  7. Free the CEO to focus on big opportunities, partnerships, and brand building
  8. Create a culture people want to win in

This is an operator’s role, not a manager’s role.


The First 90–180 Days (Paid Trial)

The paid trial is simple, clear, and fair — a structured way for us to evaluate mutual fit. Your Mandate: Install the systems that create profitable, predictable months. During the trial, you will:

  1. Own the forecast like a CFO
  2. Install meeting cadences and KPIs
  3. Implement the Owner > Contributor accountability model
  4. Stabilize operations
  5. Reduce escalations
  6. Deliver a predictable P&L
  7. Provide a clean weekly Noise Shield summary (minimalist CEO update)
  8. Deliver the first scorecard for Crazy Cups

Your Long-Term Impact (Full-Time COO)

Once converted, you will:

  1. Own the entire 26F operating system
  2. Build brand-level scorecards (Crazy Cups + others)
  3. Prepare brands for buyer-grade due diligence
  4. Build the operational template for brand exits
  5. Maintain forecast accuracy at 98%+
  6. Create a culture of accountability, clarity, and optimism
  7. Lead the transition from “scrappy” → “scalable”
  8. Help take 26F from 8 figures → 9 figures
  9. Build value that results in real, meaningful upside

Compensation & Upside (High Level)

  1. Monthly stipend
  2. Paid engagement (90–180 days)

Full-Time COO Compensation: Paterson, NJ

  1. Competitive base salary

  3. Performance incentives tied to 26F cash flow
  4. Value Share Units tied to brand exits
  5. Upside structured around the value you help create
  6. Clear vesting path (time + performance)
  7. Payout tied to sale announcement (not sale close)
  8. Required post-exit transition period to unlock payout
